Suterare Seijo no Isekai Gohan Tabi Anime Starts July 6 – New Voice Cast Announced

The release date of the Suterare Seijo no Isekai Gohan Tabi (The Forsaken Saintess and Her Foodie Roadtrip in Another World) anime has been confirmed. According to the official announcement, the series will meet viewers on TV and online platforms in Japan on July 6, 2026. Additionally, with the new cast announcement, it was learned that beloved voice actors Yukari Tamura and Kenpei Yamamoto have joined the project.
Yukari Tamura is an experienced voice actress known for her roles as Kyoko Sakura in Mahou Shoujo Madoka Magica and Alice Nakiri in Food Wars! Shokugeki no Soma. Kenpei Yamamoto, on the other hand, has been involved in productions such as The God of High School and JoJo's Bizarre Adventure. Although it has not yet been announced which characters they will play, fans are eagerly awaiting the contribution of these two names to the series.
The series is based on light novels written by Yūki Kimikawa and originally published on the Shōsetsuka ni Narō platform. The story follows a saintess betrayed by the kingdom who, thanks to her hidden ability, summons a camping car and embarks on food and travel adventures in another world. Combining the popular subcategory of "food and daily life" within the isekai genre, the work offers both romance and a sense of exploration. The light novel series has currently reached 8 volumes, and there is also a manga adaptation.
The director's seat is occupied by Shin'ichi Ishizuka, who has previously worked on productions such as Kemono Friends and Märchen Mädchen. The studio handling the project is Studio A-CAT. The quality of the visuals and food scenes seems particularly poised to capture viewers' attention. Starting on July 6, the series is set to be one of the most talked-about isekai productions of the summer season. More details, such as the main cast and the first promotional video, are expected to be shared in the coming days.
