New Visual, Trailer, and Song Details Released for TenSura Season 4's Second Cour

Great news for fans of That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime (TenSura)! Before the second cour (second half) of the series' 4th season, studio 8bit released both a new key visual and a second trailer. Along with that, which artists will perform the opening and ending songs were also announced.
In the released second key visual, the “Primordial Demon” draws attention. This character seems to play an important role in the upcoming episodes of the series. The trailer features action-packed scenes of Rimuru and his team facing new threats. Although who will sing the opening song has not been fully revealed yet, the melody at the end of the trailer excited fans quite a bit.
TenSura's 4th season is adapted from Fuse's light novel series of the same name; the manga adaptation is drawn by Kawakami Taiki. The first season aired in 2018, the second in 2021, and the third in 2024. The first cour of the 4th season started in April 2025 and was highly praised. Now, fans are eagerly awaiting when the second cour will air; it will likely meet viewers in fall 2025.
This new visual and trailer signal that the “Holy Demon Lord” arc will be brought to the screen. Light novel readers know that in this part, the challenges Rimuru faces and new allies fundamentally change the course of the story. Anime viewers have already started generating theories on social media.
According to an official statement, the release date for the second cour will be announced in the coming weeks. New episodes will likely be broadcast on Crunchyroll and other platforms with subtitles and dubbing. For newcomers to the TenSura universe, watching the previous seasons is highly recommended, as this season seems to be the culmination of all the accumulated intrigues.
