The Eminence in Shadow - Lost Echoes Film Coming in 2027: New Character and Details Revealed!
One of the most unique isekai series in the anime world, The Eminence in Shadow (Kage no Jitsuryokusha ni Naritakute!), is preparing to hit the big screen. The new teaser trailer released for the series' highly anticipated sequel film, The Eminence in Shadow - Lost Echoes, has both excited fans and put their patience to the test. According to the official announcement, the film will be released in theaters in Japan in 2027. While this date may seem a bit far off for followers who have been waiting for the continuation of the story since the finale of the second season, expectations regarding the production's quality are quite high.
One of the most notable announcements for the film is the new addition to the voice cast. Legendary voice actress Yukari Tamura (known for Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha and Steins;Gate) will bring to life the character Yūki Asakura, who is expected to play a key role in the film. Kazuya Nakanishi, known for his mastery of action scenes, will once again sit in the director's chair, while Kanichi Katou writes the screenplay.
