Warrior Princess and Barbarian King Anime Releases New Trailer and Visual for Final Episode

Popular webtoon adaptation Warrior Princess and Barbarian King anime has released a new trailer and visual for the final episode airing on June 25. According to Anime News Network, this video marks the series' climax and gives fans hints about how the season will end.
In the released trailer, the tense confrontation between Princess Ria and Barbarian King Rohan is highlighted. In the visual, the two characters are shown back-to-back, with symbols like swords and shields between them. This image indicates that the story will end on both battle and emotional conflict axes.
The series was adapted from Hyejin Yang's webtoon of the same name, and the first episode aired in April 2026. The anime, which lasted a total of 12 episodes, was produced by Studio Lapis. The director was Kenichi Yamamoto, known previously for the series Seven Magicians.
The highly anticipated final episode will air simultaneously on Japanese broadcaster Tokyo MX and other platforms. Although a second season possibility has not been officially announced yet, the fact that the webtoon is ongoing suggests the studio might consider another season. All eyes are on the production company for a possible announcement in the coming days.
