New Trailer for Victoria of Many Faces Anime: Opening Song and Release Date Announced!

As the excitement for the 2026 summer anime season continues at full speed, the long-awaited news from Victoria of Many Faces (known in Japanese as Tefuda ga Ōme no Victoria) has arrived. The new promotional video shared through the series' official channels has thrilled fans with both its visuals and the announced opening song. According to the announcement, the track "Isshin" (One Step), performed by the popular music group Haku., will serve as the series' opening theme. The date that anime fans should mark on their calendars has been finalized as July 7, 2026.
Adapted from the popular light novel series written by Syuu and illustrated by Nanna Fujimi, the production centers on elements of identity transformation and mystery. The story revolves around our main character, who is actually a legendary spy named Chloe but was betrayed by the organization she served. Faking her death and disappearing, Chloe attempts to build an ordinary life in the neighboring kingdom of Ashberry under the identity of Victoria Sellers. However, her skills from her years of espionage pull her, against her will, right into the middle of new conspiracies and mysterious events within the kingdom.
The production side of the series features experienced names in the industry. Animation production is being handled by Studio DEEN, which has previously produced many successful works. Nobukage Kimura sits in the director's chair, while Naohiro Fukushima oversees the script, and Mina Ōsawa handles character designs. The voice cast features Chika Anzai (Victoria) in the lead role, accompanied by talented names such as Shion Wakayama (Nonna) and Yōhei Azakami (Jeffrey). Additionally, it was previously announced that the ending theme, "En no Tsuki," will be performed by the group KI_EN.
Expected to be one of the most notable debuts of the summer anime season, Victoria of Many Faces aims to make a difference with its structure that blends espionage and slice-of-life genres. The series, which will be broadcast on Japanese television and simultaneously on the Crunchyroll platform on July 7, is a must-watch, especially for those who enjoy watching the cleverly constructed plans of a master of disguise. We will see together whether Victoria can escape her past!
